Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Surprise Prasada offers comfortable, contemporary accommodations in the heart of the Village at Prasada, approximately 6 miles—or about a 10-to-15-minute drive—from our home. Guests can enjoy complimentary hot breakfast, on-site parking, Wi-Fi, an outdoor pool and whirlpool, a fitness center, and The Stockert lobby bar. The hotel is located at 13430 N. 163rd Drive in Surprise, within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping.

A hotel room block has not yet been confirmed. Once special rates and reservation details are available, we will post them on the Wedding Details page and share an update with our guests. We recommend waiting for that information before booking, if your travel plans allow.

We recommend flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), which offers the widest selection of flights and rental-car options. Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA) may also be convenient for guests who find a suitable flight. We encourage guests to compare both airports before making travel arrangements.

Scan the photo-sharing QR code and select your pictures. Photos will appear in the gallery after Ruben or Patty approves them.

We love all the children in our lives; however, due to space and seating limitations, only children specifically named on the invitation are included. We kindly ask that you follow the names listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding and helping us create a comfortable celebration for everyone.

We understand that plans can change. If you are no longer able to attend after submitting your RSVP, please contact Ruben or Patty directly as soon as possible so we can update our guest count and arrangements. Whenever possible, we kindly ask that you notify us before the RSVP deadline listed on your invitation.

We invite our guests to wear cocktail or semi-formal attire. Dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, dress shirts, and slacks are all appropriate. Please choose something comfortable that allows you to celebrate and dance with us. We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white, ivory, or similar bridal colors.

Yes. Both the wedding ceremony and reception will take place at the same venue, so guests will not need to travel to a second location. Additional schedule and venue information will be available on the Wedding Details page as the celebration approaches.

May weather in Arizona can be warm, so we are planning with everyone’s comfort in mind. Shaded areas will be available during the outdoor portions of our celebration, and the reception will be held in an air-conditioned space. We still recommend dressing comfortably for the season and staying hydrated.

Yes. Cocktail hour will begin immediately after the ceremony. Guests are invited to relax, mingle, and enjoy drinks and appetizers while we prepare for the reception.

We may plan additional activities, such as a welcome gathering or next-day brunch. Once those details are confirmed, we will post the information on this website and notify invited guests. Please check the Wedding Updates and Wedding Details pages as the celebration approaches.

Yes. Vegan and vegetarian meal options will be available for guests who request them. Please include your dietary preference and any food allergies when completing your RSVP so we can make the appropriate arrangements with our caterer.

Yes. A curated selection of alcoholic beverages and specialty drinks will be available during the reception. Water, coffee, and assorted soft drinks will also be provided for our guests to enjoy.

Yes, we would love for you to share your favorite moments from our celebration. We kindly ask that you avoid taking or posting photos during the ceremony and wait until after the ceremony before sharing anything online. Please also upload your photos to our wedding gallery so we can enjoy them with you.
